Larry Johnson looks ready to sign and the Chiefs may not have a place for the veteran. Whoever starts for KC is going to have a tough season behind a weak offensive line, and Holmes may not even be healthy until the last preseason game which doesn't give Holmes much time to get the team interested in keeping him around. If you drafted Holmes hoping LJ would sit out, it's about time to cut him and take a chance on someone else.
